I booked my flight ticket from Jabalpur to Pune on 14th November (Reference No. : REF110423472). Few minutes later, I got an email stating that “Your Booking is Cancelled with travolook.in :REF110423472”. I also received a call regarding the cancellation of flight booking and the agent informed that the refund will be initiated. The Refund Amount is ₹5379.00. It’s been more than a month now and I haven’t received the refund yet. I contacted the Travolook support team via call and email several times but I have been constantly asked to wait till date (16th December) but the refund has not been processed yet.
