I returned a order on 12 of November they said the refund is initiated on 18 of November but till today no refund has been received by my end and I have talked to the customer care four times and still of no help . I even tried emailing them multiple times but it was no help . They say it will come on ajio wallet but neither is there any money on AJIO wallet nor my bank account . I even sent them my bank statement proofing that no refund is initiated. Now when I check the ajio app it shows like the return never happened . Return I’d -#RT47828651
