i booked flight ticket for delhi to mumbai on 22nd November 2021.after booking my money got deducted and travolook canceled the ticket. I haven’t got a refund since then. I called customer care then got a reply from there and they said that, you have to wait for 7 more Days
As per travolook refund policy I have completed 10 days and still I have not received my refund and customer support is saying me that i have to wait for 7 more days then I am fed up with travolook poor service and I want my refund back as soon as possible.
