On 14th November I booked a flight with this company and within 30 mins I got the mail of cancellation of my booking. They said that the refund would be processed within 14-15 working days but I still haven’t got any. When I called them they said that they have started their process from their end but the bank is the problem. But I have got refund from other websites for the same bank. They are FRAUDSTERS and cybercrime should look in to this matter because it is extremely serious matter
