I previously used jio postpaid connection. But was unsatisfied and terminated the connection. While getting the postpaid connection I paid a security deposit of 500 rupees (refundable). But after terminating my account I haven’t received any refund till date. It’s been a year since I terminated my account. Two days earlier I received a SMS saying that upload your bank details but when I try to do the same it says refund not applicable. The customer care executives say that we don’t know what to do kindly call this number that number. Each one is pointing out the other. Kindly do the needful.
