Booked two Air ticket thru Travollok.in on 8th October and 27th October once the payment processed received a mail that your Booking is in progress after some time of this received a phone
call from the site rep resentative that due to Fare increase either you have to give extra payment or she will cancel the flight from their site i refused to pay extra
money and they cancelled the booking and send the mail of refund with reference no REF780502590 for amount Rs 6100 and REF491459746 for amount Rs 9573 stating that refund will be process in seven to ten working days
but it never got credited despite of my three times contact thru customer care no and assurance of crediting both the amounts in my credit card bank account But till this time not received any refund.
