I book ticket on 11th September 2021 from Trivandrum to New Delhi for my daughter. After booking thru travolook website Ref No. REF235427569, I received email mentioning that your booking is cancelled due to fare expiration and the ticket was not at all booked. They had charged a fare of Rs.5489/- from my credit card.
Since 11th September, 2021 I have been following up with Travolook customer care for my refund. It has been almost two months now, and till today I have not received the refund. Every time their customer support informs me that I will receive my refund within 5-7 , but no action has been taken till today.
