I had booked a ticket with travolook on 20th sept 2021, immediately after deduction of amount from my bank account, i received notice intimation that ticket is not booked & refund is initiated however its been 55 days and i havent got any money back . I wrote to themon 19, 20 & 21 oct & also spoke with their customer service rep. He assured me that it will be done next week.They dont respond to my earlier emails. Also I spoke with their CSR & also sent email today 13.11.2021. He assured me same again. But I am not sure above it. Hence raising complaint with you. Kindly assist
