I had booked my flight on 1st of September from travolook.in for airindia however my booking was cancelled with travolook.in with REF ID (280331927) but my PNR for this reference wasn’t generated however money got deducted. and they have committed me that i will get my refund within 7 to 10 working days however Turn around time is already breached but i haven’t received any refund when i tried to contact travolook team they are not responding when i checked the reviews on google its showing that its a fraud company
i just want my money back
