Text of Complaint by Alistair Sequeira:

I had ordered SAMSUNG Level U2 With Type-C Charging Bluetooth Headset (Blue, In the Ear) on 24th July on VLE Bazaar website. Order ID – 889601. I called and cancelled this order on 02nd August, due to lack of communication about my order status. I was assured that order was cancelled, and refund is in process.
Till date, I have not received any refund and on calling them several times, I am just told by different agents that I will receive it in a day, in few days. This same answer is repeated by all the agents and on asking them, to be more specific, the agents very rudely disconnect the call.
Kindly need assistance in filing complaint against fraud company called Vlebazaar and help in getting back my refund.
