Sir, I booked my ticket from Amritsar to Srinagar from Travolook, but booking was cancelled by company due to fare expiration. Amount Rs 2704 was deduct from my account. Their customer care informed that amount will be refund to you within 10 -15 working days. But today after 79 days my amount has not been credited to my account.
I have talked to their customer care many times and always a stupid clarification given that your amount will be credit in next 72 hours.
Please do a needful action so that company will refund my hard earned money.
