Text of Complaint by Frew Peter Menezes:

I have booked my tickets on 30th of March which got cancelled immediately saying that due to fare difference since then I have been waiting to get the refund which I never got. I write couple of emails and called them several times but they only tell me to wait when their refund policy says 10-15 working days.
