I have book a ticket on 5th dec from Bangalore to Dibrugarh passenger name Abhishek Bhowmick but my ticket was not confirm it was cancelled and amount deducted from my account the canceled id is REF614847224, executive asked me to wait 5 to 7 working days from 5th dec to 17th dec its already a 7 working days and now they asked me to wait more 5-7 working days the amount was rs 4453.
