Dear Sir / Ma’am,
I have made a flight ticket booking from Travolook on 26th Sep 2021 from Delhi to SriNagar, Travelling date -28 Sep2021, with Ref I’d – 634695649, in the name of Mr. Ashish Singhal, amounting to Rs. 3566, but my ticket was cancelled by Travolook within 10-15 mins of booking stating operational issues and they confirmed about refund of the same within next 5-7 working days.
I have been following up for the same from also almost 4 months and I have not received the refund amount.
