I BBOOKED O2 MIXER GRINDER ON 8TH DECEMBER 2021 AND CANCELLED THE ORDER AFTER 3 DAYS AS I DID NOT REQUIRE IT.
I HAVE CONTACTED CUSTOMER CARE SEVERAL TIMES BUT ISSUE NOT RESOLVED SO FAR. I HAVE NOT REC’D REFUND EVEN AFTER3 MONTHS.
I AM ASSURED OF RESOLUTION BUT NOTHING HAPPENS. CUSTOMER CARE KEEPS ON TELLING ME THEIR STANDARD REPLIES, ABOUT SORTING THE ISSUE, BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED SO FAR
