My name is Biswajit Dutta and my booking reference no. REF194280493. I booked ticket for Kolkata to Guwahati for 12 June on 26 May 2022.My flight ticket was not booked at the time of booking but my money was debited from my account. Till date I have not received my refund. I called several times and I was told everytime refund was initiated.
