I have made booking on AirIndia Flight AI135 (Madrid to Delhi & Delhi to Madrid) Via Make my trip for 7th April 2020, but due to pandemic the flight was cancelled and i was told i will be paid refund soon once my RA number will be generated
On October 7th 2020, Make my trip raised RA with Air India and told me to wait for 180days, i waited till 180days, in feburary 2021 i again called and asked for the status of the refund, Make my trip says “that was wrong RA which was raised, they have raised another RA with Airlines” and your maximum time to get refund is now another 180days i.e August 2021, today i again called them for the status of the refund but they have no answer to it, they are not doing anything but just making fun of the customers,
everytime they have different answer for example today their executive Mr. Rishab told me its not 180 day its 180 working days, previously their executive MR Subhasish said “if you did not get the refund within 180days our special team will get in touch with you and will resolve your issue within 72 hours of time”, but all commitments from them are useless and baseless, 2 of my friends used YATRA and booked the tickets on same sector they have received the refunds, but Make my trip does not have time to provide any resolution just blamming the Airlines
