Scammed by Amazon
I ordered an earbud and retuned it they accepted my return and initiated a refund but till this day I didn’t get that money in bank.
From Amazon side I was told that they have initiated the refund but it was not reflected in my bank.
futher they gave two reference no of their refund transaction.
I called federal Bank with that reference no of transaction made to my account and filed a charge of dispute on that reference no, in reply bank emailed me there is no transaction made on that reference no and i made a screenshot of that email and povided as a proof to amazon still they are refusing my complaint and is saying that they have already initiated the refund.
