I had booked a ticket from COK to BLR via travel look in April 2021 booking reference no :REF410342242 , the flight got cancelled and Airline has refunded the amount Rs 3044.00 to Travolook . Till date Travolook has not refunded that amount to me. I have made several call and emails, always the response is it will be refunded in 5 or 6 business days, it is more than 6 months now. Hence i want to log a compliant against travel look. Please let me know if i need to submit any further details.
