Hi,
My ticket got cancelled due to CORONA phase which was booked against the route from Hyderabad to Ranchi dated 24’th April,2020 . Please find the details below

Amount paid is ( Base Fare: 1877 + Taxes and Fee: 1123 + Convenience Fee: 280 – Saving on Super Coins: 212 – Coupon Discount:334)
On 16th of October, I got an email saying as the flight got cancelled so my refund got initiated and will be refunded by 5-7 working days.
I did wait for 5-7 working days and then I called to flipkart to know status but What I hear from them is, the transaction got cancelled and I have to share my bank details now.
There, Flipkart didn’t come upfront and confront the same, I had to call them.
I had shared my details to travelhelp@flipkart and got an auto trigger email as response (means they got my details), as per them and waited till 10 working days, for my refund and the I made several calls, each time each executive were assuring me that, It will be refunded in 2 days and so on.
On the last day I called them and told that, I got an SMS saying that I have to reshare my bank details to (cs-travel@flipkart.com) and confirmed with them that do I need to reshare my details again ?, They said its not required.
Finally today (07-11-2020) I called them again, and asked that did they get my bank details even or not, and I was totally surprised, they don’t have my bank details even and again they were saying me to wait for 2 more days not sure why ?
I have tried to contact their customer care several time and have written several email to travelhelp@flipkart.com but have not received any response regarding the refund amount .
Now this is getting frustrating, It seems like they are doing this deliberately which need to be reported to consumer court.
Please help me out to recover my money back.
