I had booked a flight from Ranchi to Bangalore of 12th Nov 2022. However I had to cancel the due to family emergency. The Flight price was of about 6,973. As per the refund policy I should have got a refund of about 3500 into my Bank account. However its been more than 5 months and I have not got any refund. The site keeps showing status as Refunding but still no progress. There is no one from Customer Care support who receives my call so that i can raise a complaint.
