Hello,
I am Neha Sharma. I had bought a book form Amzon, but i received a second hand book. I put return request and amazon team told me that i have to self courier the book to seller, they will refund me the courier charges. In this pandemic situation it was very difficult for me to go out and send the book to seller. But rather i agreed and arranged to courier book by Professional courier on the address provided by Amazon on 12/04/2021.
Parcel was reched the destination on 16/04/2021, but it was failed to deliever (Seller was not available to recieve the parcel)
I talked on Amazon helpline no. on around 23/04/2021. They told me to wait for more 5-6 days. After that if they parcel would not be able to deliever, they will provide me refund.
I wait and again call them today (01/05/2021), But now they are denying to refund me as the parcel is not received at the seller.
They didn’t give me any solution. What is my fault in this???
I have losted Rs 1040 in this whole process (Rs800 – Book, Rs 240 – Return charges)
I am a middle class women and in this pandemic situation i need my money back on urgent basis.
Please help me to resolve my issue. It will be great pleasure from your side.
