Sir,
I,Aditi Rajvanshi,am an Airtel network user. I recharged my sim with with Rs. 598 on 20 March,2020 with 1.5 GB data usage for 84 days.
I am not able to use the internet since then.I called on customer care number multiple times,they generated multiple SR numbers for the same,told me it will be resolved in 15 days,n so on.
Ultimately,on 29th May,I received a message on my number stating that the issue is resolved and we are closing the SR. I called the customer care again and told them it is not resolved and they can’t close it without asking me,so they said that it is hardware issue,I need my phone to be checked.It is resolved from their end,and they closed the SR even when I asked them multiple times not to close it.
I got my phone checked after that,and the hardware engineer said that there is no hardware issue.
I called them again,they again raised a new SR stating issue will be resolved within 7 days, but it is still not resolved.
Meanwhile,I had to recharge my sim again on 14 June as the validity got expired.
Every time I called,I asked for the refund for the recharges and amount I paid to hardware engineer for the problem I am facing for which they are responsible,but they refused to pay it back,and issue is still not resolved.
