Hi sir,
We have booked the tickets through travelgenio, the tickets are cancelled all sudden 4 days before our traveling date.
We have requested for the refund as the tickets are cancelled by airlines.
We contacted airlines they mentioned that they are ready to provide refund,but that request has to come from travel agency as the tickets are booked in travelgenio site.
We tried to contact travelgenio so many times. They is no reply to our emails and no response to calls.
They need to refund as ASAP as the tickets are cancelled by them and the money is not returned yet.
Kindly help.
