During cancellation, a customer care executive assured me of a full refund, including advanced rental. Now, they deny without any valid reason.
At the time of providing new connection they assured me of refund in case of connection cancellation, and asked me to pay for 6 month rental plan, and when I have surrendered the connection due to unavailability of Jio Fiber at my new location, I haven’t received any refund.
I just came to know their non refundable process in fibre connection which posted on 20th April.. but when I disconnect my connection on 19th may but that disconnect agent did not inform me a single word about non refundable process otherwise I would not have disconnection my number but he did not get any information regarding this so I want my my refund at any cost pls help
