Text of Complaint by Pradip Lahiri:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to bring to your notice about my grievance regarding the delivery of “(Renewed) Seagate Expansion 1TB External HDD – 2.5 Inch USB 3.0 for Windows and Mac with 3 yr Data Recovery Services, Portable Hard Drive (STKM1000400)” which was ordered on 27th November 2022, upon the delivery I discovered that the product was wrong as I have receive internal HDD instead of external one.

I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with the customer service number & they have advised me to upload a photo of the wrong item which I received & photo was uploaded 9th December, after verifying that photo I have asked to raise a return request by Amazon customer care.

Wrong item was picked up by 16th December by Amazon’s arranged currier partner & after so many follow-up in the last 20days, today I came to know that refund/replacement is not possible.

This is not expected from Amazon and your poor customer service, and as a customer, I feel terrible because of this response.
