Had booked one ticket on 23 Aug 2022 on Indigo flight, Hyderabad to Bangalore through travelook.in, immediately after deducting the amount of Rs. 9108.00, I received a call saying that the booking is cancelled and the amount will be refunded in next 7-10 working days. However it’s been 3 months and even after repeated calls and emails, I still get a standard reply that the amount will be refunded in 5-7 working days but nothing happens.
Please assist.
