I have booked 2 RTPCR test on 14th April 2021 and it was scheduled on 15th April 2021.
I have been following up with these guys for sample collection but the sample collection did not happen.
On Saturday 17th April 2021 I spoke to an agent and asked if the test cannot be done today please cancel the booking and refund my account.
I did not received the refund.
I again spoke to someone on Tuesday 20th April 2021 and he confirmed that they are cancelling the order and the next day I will receive my refund.
I still havent received my refund.
There have been multiple calls and everytime they say that there is a technical glitch and the refund will be processed within 3-5 days.
Still the refund never gets initiated, dropped multiple email and I get a response it will refunded in 3-4 days but I have not received the refund.
Internet is full of people asking for refund from 1tab and still nothing is happening.
Initially my order ID was 308 and 309 but now I see it shows LA021404210308 and LA021404210307.
Now there number is out of service.
I have paid them 2400 and still waiting from April 2021 till date 29th August, 2021.
Please assist.
