Text of Complaint by Amit:

Booked flight tickets from Travolook on 17th May’21 and soon I got an email from them stating that the tickets were cancelled due to fare difference. In their initial email, they mentioned I would get the refund in 7-10 working days. It has already been 12 working days and I haven’t received any refund. I need money to support my family in the time of covid as my parents are struggling with covid infection.
