I ordered a few products from Maccaron Beauty App on 17th April for Rs. 3712.05.
I did not receive the order for a very long time after which I reached out to the customer support via email on 25th May. I was assured by a customer representative named Komal that my order would get delivered as soon as possible after which I didn’t hear back from them. A while later when I checked the app it’s saying that the amount has been fully refunded. I did not get this to the account that I made payment from. I wrote multiple emails to the customer support team asking them for a reference number and date of refund which they are continuously avoiding. I do not have hopes on them resolving this issue anymore since it has been almost two months.
