I had booked a bus through Zingbus on 30th June to New Delhi from Gorakhpur at 6.30 pm. The bus provider were Laxmi Holidays. I got the message about an hour ago from my departure that my bus was cancelled and i confirmed it at their office in Gorakhpur itself. They booked a bus that was leaving at 5.30 pm instead. I got the message that i will be provided my refund of 1438.5 rupees. Now instead of me having all the proofs necessary to provide to Zingbus so that they can initiate the refund, they are saying that my bus was never cancelled and my phone was switched off. This is the information that laxmi holidays provided to them. And when talking to the officials of laxmi holidays they themselves said to wait for a week and now they arent responding to my messages and not even picking up my calls. I am a student and thats a huge amount for me. I want someone to take strict actions against them so something like this never happens with anyone else.
