I am writing to you to raise a complaint for the service that meesho have provided
I have been a regular customer for meesho for a very long time.
I have orderd hathpool(worth 327) from a supplier since I liked the product very much.
But they send a head band instead of the original (screenshot attached)
when I contacted the customer service they are not ready to refund my money.
Is it my end issue that they have not delivered the product
why have to loss money for your end issue?
they have been charging extra amount for all returns products and yet you are not refunding the money.
I have not returned any product unless it is defective or wrong item.
The product ordered , product received images are attached.
Please help me out on this issue.
