I placed an order for a suit worth 7k on 14 December with a delivery date of 16 Decemeber. However, the suit was never delivered and the app permanently displays that it has been shipped but shipping has been delayed indefinitely. I have asked Myntra multiple times to cancel my order and process my refund but nobody is taking action.
I have followed up for the past 2 weeks daily and they keep requesting another 48 hours or 72 hours only to delay it again. At this point they have basically stolen my money without delivering the goods and are refusing to refund. Please look into this.
