I booked a flight ticket from Pune to Jaipur on 25th Feb 2022 via
https://www.travolook.in/ and it got cancelled after 10-15 mins and i received a call and mail stating that I’ll recieve refund in 10-15 working days, but till date (23rd Apr) haven’t received the refund. Everytime i call customer support they ask me to wait 5-7 more days but it seems like they never processed the refund.
The total amount is ₹4821
