Hi, my name is nagarjuna,
I’ve paid to policy bazaar through Mobikwik Rs.1194 on 13/06/2022
After that i cancelled my policy and asked refund.
They processed refund within 1week , but this fraudulent company hasn’t credited to my account till now
They have charged Rs.400 as penalty, for not paying dues of Rs.600
Who the hell they are to charge when they owe to me Rs.1200
Is this the society we all living
