I booked my flight through travolook on July 7th 2021 for 23rd august from Lko to Guwahati but it got canceled after a day staying operational issues and since then I haven’t got my refund even though I follow up with them more then 20 times already and everytime they are giving me new date and the associates I spoke with were very rude they hung up on me whenever I ask for manager.
After multiple follow ups I got an email from them on 22nd august 2021 stating that refund will be processed in 7 to 10 working days but still no response.
