sir, Amazon merchant have refund  427 on 02-1-2020. amount in paytm payment bank. reference id -931713732938.

But paytm payments bank deny to refund money and not file to any charge back form. I am trying many of time to solve this matter and they will always not giving satisfied response, answer .

after three months I will tired to talking with them but they will not take any action regarding that Fraud.

so that I request to you please take immediate action regarding that
