I had booked the ticket from Mumbai to Lucknow on 12 april for the travel on 14 April. I got the Ref No also. Later sometime i git the email that due ti some techinical error ticket were not issued and you will get the refund. I kept calling them since then and also sent them email but still getting same reply that you will receive the amount in 7 to 10 working days. I am still waiting for that. I will never suggest anyone else to buy the ticket from this fraud company.
