Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to you to raise an issue about MEDICINES
The issue that I have experienced was for: Order ID: OR2420UTB-001A through Medlife. Ordered for Roslay F10 and Gastropep Digestive tonic 500ml but got a 100ml quantity that too 14months old stock. The batch numbers are different in the order for 500ml & 100ml. After raising complaint they have asked me to send images of the bottle I have received and the order receipt. Later they told me I will get a refund in 1 week but no response. Since September have been calling and emailing them but no response from the customer service. Yesterday they came up saying that the warehouse has sent the 500ml quantity and we can’t do anything. This was the stupid reason I heard from them and they can’t do anything. Batch numbers are different in order and received product
It occurred on: 9/09/2020
Refund the amount charged for the 500ml bottle and take the 100ml bottle. Don’t want this frustrating experience to continue
