There is high incompetence and negligence running in flipkart customer care team.
I am really frustrated by the way I have been harassed over the past week by this company.
I have been told that you are the highest authority that I can reach.

My issue is simple and can be resolved in 5 minutes, let me explain:
I received my delivery on 13th Feb, Monday.
I registered a complaint the same day as the product was damaged (Photo proof attached). This is a heating and cooking product which has a dent and a hole inside it- FIRE HAZARD.
Due to no action from your customer care team, I approached twitter on Tuesday with my 1st tweet. The social media escalation desk (Agent name: Vandana) called me and approved my REFUND but asked me to mail/dm/chat on flipkart my bank details first.
Since that day no communication has been made to me regarding any updates. My sensitive bank details are there in the open with every agent. My product is going to complete the 10 day time frame in 48 hrs.

I have been assured 7 times for a callback, none happened.
I have talked to 15 customer care agents and supervisors (2 particular names: Jai Veer, Shubham).

I want my pick-up to be scheduled today itself as I have a flight on 20th early morning of the 20th. I want my refund to take place immediately.
I WANT A CALL FROM FLIPKART IMMEDIATELY
