I booked flight ticket from Indore to Pune and the amount has been deducted from my account but the tickets were not booked from the travel look’s end
suddenly I received cancellation notification(REF577000102) and it was mentioned that refund will be processed in 10-15 working days which is a huge time compared to other airlines, I waited for 15 days and no refund processed. I am continuously following up (6 times called customer care number (I have got all the recordings) and almost 8 reminder follow-up emails sent) but no luck yet, every time there customer service team gets back with same response that you refund will be processed in 3/5/7 days etc
