I have round trip flight tickets from Delhi to Mumbai as on 19th Oct’21. I processed payment of Rs 4519 as per the price quoted in there website. Payment was deducted from my account and still tickets were not confirmed. Within 10 minutes I received a call from Travolook customer service representative that flight tickets are increased so I need to pay an additional money. I denied & asked i will not pay any more money. Then they have cancelled my booking and ensured that my refund of Rs 4519 will be credited in my account within 7 working days. But till now I didnt receive any refund its more than 6 months now. I have sent severals of emails & contacted with their customer service agents for my refund. But no resolution received. Please help me to get my refund back with interest
