My flight was cancelled for Dubai to Delhi booked for 4th of Jun 2021 and was not informed about the same. ITried calling the contact center for via. Com but they did not answered the call later i directly checked with the airline and they confirmed that flight was cancelled due to some Corona Guide Lines. Later i Tried to get in touch with Cutomer care number but everthing was waste they were on and off replying on my mail….that they will update on refund …now it is been more then a month but they have not processed my refund yet. Sad….why is booked flight through Via.com. Vistara Arline(Flight which got Cancelled) is also not supporting in this….Such A bad Combination Via.Com & Vistara Airline
