Dear Team,
My Husband has made a booking through Zoom Car for a travel in Nov 2020 and the booking was canceled, the refund was promised to be received within 30 working days and its been more than 4 months. Tried contacting many times to the Customer Care but no response. This is really a big cheating, taking money from client and not returing back within promised duration. Your assistance in this matter is much Appreciated.
