I booked an airline ticket on travolook.in on 18.06.2022 but due to some fair variations the ticket was not booked and the amount of Rs 10506.00 was deducted from my Mobikwik wallet. I received a mail from the site that I will get my refund in 7 to 10 working days and same thing was reiterated by one of the customer care executives. Now it has been more than 10 working days but I didn’t get my refund. The CCE on phone are giving excuses of different kind. I request you to please help me on this.
