I have booked the flight on 19 may 2022 from Nagpur to Pune on Travolook website after creating a account. after booking I got call from Travolook saying due to internal issue flight cannot be booked and refund is initiated. but even after 25 days I did not got money in account. every time after calling customer care they say please wait 4-5 days. but never got refund.
