I’m booked a flight from Vizag to Bangalore in the month of Feb 2022. Immediately in couple of minutes upon booking ticket, i got an email from travolook team that the Ticket has been cancelled and will get refund with 7-10 business days.
Whenever I reach their support and send emails, they’ll either respond rudely or drop the call and send a email reply stating that the refund will be processed in 7-10 business days.
It’s been two months since I’ve booked my ticket but still didn’t find any refund from them.
