I booked my flight from Surat to Chennai for Feb 7th on Feb 5th. The amount got deducted from my account but I received a cancellation mail which asked for 10-15 working days time to process the refund. My reference ID for booking is: REF646917109. It is the 21st of March and I still have not received any refund or any proactive communication from their end. I have regularly been calling their helpline number and today they blocked my number. They have been asking me to wait for 3-5 working days on every call. I have tried to provide them with alternative solutions providing the refund on another bank account, I have asked them to drop me an email with status update. Nothing has been done.
