I have tried to book two flight ticket from the website (Travolook) on 25.07.2021. The payment for the same was deducted from my bank account, (the following is the ref no. – 11000035263156l and 11000035263896l ). But the same was not booked by the company due to some internal glitch. The amount was paid by me to you but now after calling them multiple times they are not proceeding with my refund amount. Its been a month and nothing is credited to my account.
