Been over a month since I booked 3 tickets for INR 3060 each with reference numbers as REF716836212, REF921429861 and REF059382896. The ticket was cancelled by Travolook and after multiple calls and emails, the refund hasn’t been processed yet. Now when I call to the customer care, after being the first in line the call gets automatically disconnected. On email I receive the same response saying we are looking into the matter and it would take 7-10 business days for the refund but nothing happens post that.
